hello im new. i dont know how much i weigh right now cause my mom took my scale away from me >:/ i havent eaten since saturday night but i have had two smoothies between then and i count that as semi eating because of the yogurt and fruit. ive been addicted to coffee lately. i need to lose alotttt of weight before june 7th. any exercises you know of? please help
